2.1 Clans
- Clans must have "We follow K275 ROE" in their clan description
- Clans must have membership set to "Request only or Private"
- Clans must identify a Diplomat in their description. A clan leader may also be the diplomat but it still must be stated in the description
2.2 Players
- All players without a clan and who are not listed as outlaws are granted protections under ROE
- All players in an ROE protected clan and who are not listed as an outlaw are granted protections under ROE
